Monday 17/12/2018 11:00am All courier companies and the Royal Mail are extremely busy this time of year

Please order in time, this is to make sure you will receive your parcel in time for Christmas, we don’t want any unhappy faces Christmas Day. Please note that if you order after this date and time we cannot be held responsible if your order does not turn up in time, so please order your goods early. All orders placed after the date and time shown will be processed on the 2nd January 2018

 

Last Order date for order collection: Can be collected up to 1pm 21/12/2018

 

Monday 17/12/2018 11:00am Please place your order no later than the date and time shown if you are planning to collect your order, this will give us time to prepare your order. We will let you know when your order is ready to collect. All orders placed after the date and time shown will be processed on the 2nd January 2018

Failed Delivery’s:

 

If a courier company has tried to deliver the parcel but have not found anyone to take the delivery, the driver will leave the failed delivery card through the letterbox then it will become the customer’s responsibility to re-arrange the delivery with Courier Company. The parcel will be held at the local depot for 5 days then it will come back to us. In this event, it will be customer's responsibility to pay for failed and re-delivery charge incurred
